Plan Of The Day

My plan of the day....When I get done here I am getting on the treadmill and walking for 45 minutes to one hour and then cleaning my kitchen. Yesterday was great. I got up and walked on the treadmill for 45 minutes then the dish guy came and hooked up the new box for the TV and I got my living room moved around and cleaned.
I have also made up my mind regarding Weight Watchers. I am going to finish the challenge I started then drop them. I like to send tokens to everyone that is doing well on my challenge, but I can't even move around within the site. It seems like they have been making a lot of changes but it also seems like there is a lot of trouble. I do enjoy to Sparkpeople pages and information. I will see how I do with Sparkpeople I can always sign up for Weight Watchers again. I probably should just go to meetings, but by the time I get done working it is late and all I want to do is go home.

    Nothing wrong with both, maybe there is a team of people that do both.

    I have never treid the Weightwatcher's site but you will LOVE SparkPeople. The more you do it the more you get out of it. I have learned so much about good nutrition, exercise and motivation since I started 2 years ago. Good luck and happy Sparking.
