Check out! I want to do 5 pushups a day, track my food and water, and start incorporating more fruits and veggies into my diet.

I hope you do well, in your blending and drinkg the green, I am a smoothing lover of fruit but I do not make many. I would love to try the pushup challange, but not medically cleared for that.     Hello, i am very proud of you for doing the push-up challenge. I can appreciate how trying they can be to do. I would like to join you in this challenge. I am wondering if you have watched the movie fat sick and nearly dead? This documentary is about juicing and letting your body detox. It does take a lot of self control of which I have very little. I did do this and i made it 21 days and lost 25 pounds. I was hoping it would help me stay away from my bad habits and it did help with some others not so much. I am starting to juice again just not full time. a juice or two a day in place of meal. I wish you Luck. I know I am going to needed as i start this journey.
