hello I am new here and I am hoping to get to know some people here. I have to lose almost 200 pounds. All of my doctors tell me that if I lose some weight I will feel alot better, and I am hoping so. Sometimes I just need an extra push or motivation. I need to exercise more I know but I do have chronic back and knee pains but I will pushmyself along and do a little at a time. My mission is optimal and great health. I am highly motivated to change the way Ilive now. I just signed up for spark people this evening and set my fast break goals. Tey are
1. exercise 10-15 miniutes everyday
2. get 8 hours of sleep
3. eat 2 fruits and veggies av day
and being comited to myself. I know I can do it, it's gonna take time.
