I don't know how it started. I got up and went on Sparkpeople. I was trying to get some points and then I started to feel motivated to go for a run. I stood up and could sense that my nose was still blocked. I was still inspired to do something so I went for a long walk. A bit over 8 kilometres and it took me about 92 minutes. I then did strength training which I haven't done in a long time. I did one core workout video and one for the legs. I put in some push ups and made it a complete workout.
I've tracked my calories quite good. I realised that I had calculated wrong before and that my intake should be less than I thought. I think I will add some extra walking and raise my calorie goal so that I can have a bit more to eat during the days.
I need to figure out what food is less calories and more nutritive and will make me feel full.
I knew sparkpeople would inspire me this way which is why I'm trying to log on more. I followed up on my blog yesterday and instead of having cheesecake as a dessert I had a fruit salad at the teppanyaki restaurant I went to. I walked loads as well yesterday.
