My Wii Fit Age is my age!

Saturday, November 10, 2012

Since we've gotten the Wii Fit I've usually be rated in my late 50's to 70's. This did not surprise me with all my health issues, but I have to say, the Wii fit really helped me a lot. Especially when I was at the stage of needing regular physical therapy and that was my entire work out.

Now I am also able to walk a bit, and to ride my recumbent trike a bit (as long as the motor is working just in case I run out of juice along the way)

For the last month my exercise has been chores basically. I walk around the grocery store, walk to and from the car when we're running errands, and walk around the house. Sometimes I throw a little extra stretching and such in there. But today I was up to getting back on the Wii Fit. So I was really surprised that my Wii Fit age was 41! That's really good for me. And considering I've been slowly building my exercise back up after being sick, that is HUGE!

Oh and according to the Wii Fit I'd lost 5.5 pounds since last signing in. I set my goal to lose 2 pounds in the next 2 weeks.
