No, you are not supposed to get on the scale. I knew I would have to break that when I started as I previously committed to a weekly weigh in on my 5% fall weight loss challenge.
So, I do get to see the weight weekly an am down again. Just needed to feel what is right, amount, type of food. In this case, I cut back on the carbs, increased the protein and cut the fat some. I cut way back on the nuts. I am allowing more today as a calorie challenge.
This Whole30 way of eating is soooooooo tasty, so natural, so basic. I noticed that I was full 1/2 way through my plate of bkfst of two strips unprocessed pasture bacon, two eggs, 1/2 avocado, and two T coconut oil. I trimmed it back to 1 egg and a slice of avocado with the rest.
I don't make myself eat at a certain time if I am not hungry yet. I keep my homemade grass fed beef jerky around if I need a snack.
I have lots of food made ahead into meals that are ready to eat.
I am taking care of my gut with homemade pickled cauliflower.
My weight is down again, I feel like I am going for the goal and making it. I think you have to be patient with yourself and recognize when you are ready.
Seems like I have lost some and hung out at that weight for a while, then get Sparked to drop a little more and hang out there.
Well,
I AM READY AND GOING FOR THE GOAL.
With some preparation of meals and not focusing on a scale, this is a breeze.
Well, outside for some MI training in the pool. Get the body cold and it has to give up calories to keep the core temperature. FREE WEIGHT LOSS!
