I did it I quit smoking, its already been 24 hours since my last cigarette. The Zyban really is working. Still getting cravings but I have managed to not smoke. I have a list of things to do to stop me from smoking, excercising, clean the bathroom, go for a walk, play with the dog. There are literally lots of things for me to do.
