I haven't been active on the site this week because I wanted to get rest and let this cold run its course. Quickly.
I'm feeling much better now--just basically nasal congestion and a little cough once in a while to contend with. I'm not going to jump back into the C25K thing yet. I'll see how I feel tomorrow. I may just start over on Tuesday and plan to walk/run the 5K on December 23rd.
Even after two and a half days of eating comfort food (just trying to control the amount) and no fitness activities this past week and complete lack of planning for breakfast, lunch, and snacks yesterday (first day back to work), I did eat pretty well. Best part of all? I'm down 1.4 pounds this week--a mere 0.6 pounds away from goal #1 of 10 pounds gone!
