Getting ready for my Disney 5k

I started doing the couch to 5k plan and now I'm finally seeing the scale move! I'm so excited about it. I havent really had any real losses for months- Just lots of fluctuating up and down.

It's been really tough for me to run just one minute. It makes me realize how much I need to be doing this! I got the 5k app for my iphone. So far it's great to just have that extra motivation. I need to see if I can fix some things with it though. I don't like that the screen is constantly going dark while I'm using it, and the trainer girl really doesn't say much except letting me know when to jog or walk. Was expecting a bit more- but it does what it needs to do! So far I've only done 2 work outs. I'll let you know how I progress! Hopefully more losses on the scale. I'm so close to the 230's! Hopefully I get there next week!
