I Didn't weigh in last week because of a nutritional slip-up on Thurs and Fri. I knew I was retaining a ton of fluid, so I didn't want to get an inaccurate reading.
I am going to fill in every single checkbox AND have a loss this week!!! :)

I accidentally got glutened this week.. not sure what I ate, but I bloated up like a balloon and had a bad time for a few days. I didn't let it get in the way of my workouts or healthy eating! I think I'm really making progress with these streaks and plan to keep them up as long as I can. My attitude and mood are high, and I think this is due to both the fitness streak and my efforts to actively seek out motivation / thinking positively.

YAY!!! I filled in all of my boxes this week and had a loss :)

    I love the check box idea! Any way to keep us on the right track is a good idea. I find keeping my daily food reminder blogs are helping me realize the volume of food I eat. At the end of the day, I can look back when I'm still wanting to eat more.... and see just how much food I've already consumed.
