I joined this group begin of the month, so i will work it through the month, i just completed week 1 of it, it is a fun and interesting challenge to do with sparkpeople.
Things we had to do for this week was ....
1) Set your goals
Well personally i would like to loose about 3.5 kg / 7.7 lbs a month. Or close to it would be nice. And i would like to get in daily 40 minutes of fitness with atleast 5 days in a week 20 minutes cardio. And work on the 5K sparkpeople challenge. I pretty much have goals for the month and break it down in weeks.
2) Do one 10- minute toning video each day
For this week i had done each day the boot camp video assigned for this challenge, but seeing some of the exercises i can not do at this point of time i will switch it around with other toning videos with coming weeks.
3) Do 5 cardio sessions this week
This is a good success since it was part of my goals to do each week, and so far so good!
4) Track your workouts
I track my fitness daily aswell as my calories, and also to find out my daily deferential, I am on target with this!
5) Learn how to earn the trophy
Well i just have to follow this plan by the week and tick it off as i go. This i can do!
