well i'm on weight watcher again. this time it will be for life i hope. i hope i can keep on tracking my food without being bored with it and stopping it. still going to curves 4 times a week and walking for 15-20 minutes about 3 days a week. atleast when the weather is nice. i will probably go for a 30 min. walk today. that is all for now.
