Official 10-Minute Daily Exercise Streak Challenge - Week 2

So week 2 of this group.
In this week we had to .....
1) Discover ways to add more activity to our days. We had to choose atleast 2 things from this list www.sparkpeople.c
For me i choose to do take the stairs on every opportunity rather than the lift or escalators. It is a good way to get those extra calorie burns. And 2nd thing i choose was I create a song list from the motivational songs i post up each day in my daily blogs and play it out and dance to it, it is a great way to move your body.
2) Sneak exercise in.
Well i sneaked it in with commercial breaks since they are pretty much give or take 5 minutes long, just go for a small walk around the block or run on spot, just to get my blood moving.
3) Reflect , write about it
Well here i am writing about it lol, it does feel better end of this week knowing i have made some steps to get more exercise/movement into my day.
