I'm still running alot actually and it kepts me sane for the time being. But everything else is on a stand still except for my weight, I gained 2 lbs.
I really don't know what to do to lose anymore, I am really confused as to my ideal weight. I always thought that it should be around 135-140 lbs but my body seems to be very confortable around 170 ish because it keeps going back in the 170-175 lbs range. I should reevaluate my goal, even if it means that my BMI will be way over the 25 recommended as I was aiming for.
I shall be updating on Monday for week 10.
