Gonna start today by thinking about how gorgeous life is...got a new grandbaby who's a living doll...a house full of warmth on this very cold November day in Southern California...I have four kids I'm uber proud of and well, what else could I ask for?

Working on the being healthy and losing weight part....realizing this isn't a challenge, it's a commitment, to me, for me and by me...all to improve me.
