“Am I truly giving 100%?” And I can bet the answer is no. I noticed that I was not feeling challenged. Yes, I have lost quite a bit of weight, but I feel there is always something that can challenge the body at any weight. We all want workouts we can be proud of. We want to feel like we gave all that we had. I am making a pledge to challenge myself in my workouts and BRING IT every time.

2.) Increase time even if by a few minutes
3.) Increase weight
4.) Increase speed
5.) Track your speed, weight, time, and aim to beat your previous at every workout!
