Had an inservice at work today that started at noon. About halfway through I realized I hadn't eaten anything all day. Not impressed. When I went to work out, I was dragging on the treadmill. I really need to start working some breakfast into my routine.
Pizza Ranch for supper. Ate a TON of calories but stayed under my daily total. Again I look at the old me versus the new me.
New Me: Salad, two breadsticks, 2 small pieces of pizza, corn, green beans, 1 piece of dessert pizza
Old Me: No salad, 5-6 breadsticks, 3-4 pieces of pizza, mashed potatoes, gravy and corn, 2-3 pieces of dessert pizza
Sometimes when I look at how much I used to eat I am absolutely blown away. No wonder I so often felt miserable!
And the GREAT news for today - I'm now down 30, count 'em 30 pounds!
