Resistance is Sweet

I was able to resist today! Once a month I get together with a group of friends and we have a mini-game night. There are usually snacks at every table and I find myself snacking throughout the night...and ruining my calorie intake. But tonight I was able to resist. Just thinking about having to add each time I snacked to my nutrition tracker helped me to resist. True I gave in and had a small piece of dessert, but little steps. I have resisted dessert and snacking all week and that is better than I have done in the past. Little steps will get me through :)
