I finally chose a name for my business:
Living Lighter Health Coaching

It embodies everything I wanted and suggests weight loss AND reduced stress, which is part of my curriculum. YAY!

THANK YOU to everyone who gave me suggestions! Now nobody steal it! :) :):):)

Great name choice! And how likely is best friend is taking the exact same coarse with the same intentions as yours. When you first blogged about this the terminology sounded sooo familiar. I asked her about it and she said that's it. I am just thinking how coincidental that my online friend has such commonality as my friend who lives next door. You are one of the Sparkers I am most in touch with that I keep up with so I guess I consider that a close friend. Best wishes in your new endeavor. Just from the experiences here on Spark, i believe you have something to offer in this area. I am really excited for both of you and am anxious to see how it all works out. Keep Sparking!
