Well here it is nov 9th...I just met with my trainer yesterday and he has set me up for the next two weeks... I'm feeling much stronger.
Have I lost more weight? NO... Have I lost inches... NO... Sooooooo
I had a chat with Sean, he feels with the way I am training I should be losing wieght no doubt. But the food portion of this equation needs to be reeled in. I am not horrible but the night time eating is messing me up... So I have gone back to posting my food and keeping track of my calories...
I'm done for the day.. no more food. :-) Seriously this is how I normally eat when i don't post.. and now I see... all that extra stuff.. absolutly is where I am going wrong.. It doesn't seem like much but easily I am eating another 400-600 calories with my snacking.. I am plenty full.. there is no need for more eating.
Sean was very sincere in his plea for me to post my food.. "keep the course" is what he said.. I'm taking that to heart. I need to do what I need to do...I'm determined.
I mentioned my work out from yesterday.. man am I sore.
He is working me up to do pull ups on a bar.. doing a full real push up... so the exercises he has me do is to help me work up to these.
What I can do now? Well I can easily do a slow jog a mile in 13 minutes. I've actually done a full 3 miles.. which took approx 43 minutes. These are successes I'm hanging on to.
Tomorrow I will be going to the gym.. to do my new work out. I love it. It keeps my heart rate up. and I sweat up a storm.. woo hoo!
