Hanging in there..

Well here it is nov 9th...I just met with my trainer yesterday and he has set me up for the next two weeks... I'm feeling much stronger.

Have I lost more weight? NO... Have I lost inches... NO... Sooooooo
I had a chat with Sean, he feels with the way I am training I should be losing wieght no doubt. But the food portion of this equation needs to be reeled in. I am not horrible but the night time eating is messing me up... So I have gone back to posting my food and keeping track of my calories...

I'm done for the day.. no more food. :-) Seriously this is how I normally eat when i don't post.. and now I see... all that extra stuff.. absolutly is where I am going wrong.. It doesn't seem like much but easily I am eating another 400-600 calories with my snacking.. I am plenty full.. there is no need for more eating.

Sean was very sincere in his plea for me to post my food.. "keep the course" is what he said.. I'm taking that to heart. I need to do what I need to do...I'm determined.

I mentioned my work out from yesterday.. man am I sore.
He is working me up to do pull ups on a bar.. doing a full real push up... so the exercises he has me do is to help me work up to these.

What I can do now? Well I can easily do a slow jog a mile in 13 minutes. I've actually done a full 3 miles.. which took approx 43 minutes. These are successes I'm hanging on to.

Tomorrow I will be going to the gym.. to do my new work out. I love it. It keeps my heart rate up. and I sweat up a storm.. woo hoo!

so that is my update for the first week of november. have a great weekend. Diane

    thank you marlie. You can do this.. I found that everytime I went jogging/walking I would just push my self a nother minute or two of jogging.. Before you know it you will be doing that 13 minute mile! You will do it , I have no doubt..

I am so proud of you for sticking with it. If you can do it so can I. I have really been floundering. And the part that I was doing good at, my diet, not so good lately and I am afraid to step on the scale. So here we go, it's Monday and I am recommitting myself. I will track my food and hold myself accountable. You are my motivation! I started walking/jogging last week and can only run the length of one yard in my neighborhood. I want to work up to a mile, can't wait to see a 13 minute mile. You are awesome! Don't give up!
