I was doing okay until this evening! I have been going through something quite difficult since March 2012. I'm so tired of the tears streaming down my face! I just wish I would get over this issue, but it has been hard! The one thing I'm trying to avoid is the emotional eating because of what I'm going through! So, I decided to blog instead! Sometimes, I journal my feelings down, but I haven't journaled in so long! I worked out in order to release the emotional stress, but I need to find other ways to deal with my emotions instead of munching. So, I have to get out my journals & ink pins and start writing!
