trying to get my groove back

Wow, it's not easy getting back to real exercise after being away from it so long.
I did my yoga and strength training and I'm pooped but feel good for doing it.
Now that I don't have to spend all day at the hospital I can start cooking more and eating better. You can only take so much fast food or crock pots.
For my relaxation I'm crocheting a prayer shawl for my MIL and working on family history.
I love history.
MIL is doing a little better, still in hospital but hopes to get the tube in her lung out soon.
She's having times of feeling bad with nausea and pain, but other times where she feels good.
They have her up and walking the halls and doing exercises while in bed.
Today that stupid rehab place had the nerve to send us a survey to fill out on my MIL's stay.
Ha! At first I was going to write something bad on it and send it back, but decided against that.
Then I started to rip it up and toss it, but then got an idea... I turned it into confetti and stuffed it in the envelope they included sealed it and will be mailing it to them tomorrow.
That made me feel better without any ugly words I might regret later.
I know that was childish of me, but it got out some frustration.
Good news I was able to sleep in until 5am this morning, that's a little better.
