Saturdays are my best days for fitness because there are fewer time constraints and stressors. I tell myself I hate working out... but actually, I do like to ride my bicycle. I just don't do it during the week because it's dark when I get home. But Saturday is another story: tomorrow I plan to go for a long bike ride while my hubby is playing golf. Who knows? Maybe I'll do the same thing on Sunday and Monday!
