Week in review: This week I followed my nutrition plan pretty well with the exception of a snack cake attack this morning! The sweet tooth is hovering around me today. I had a busy week so I had to eat out 3 or 4 times but managed to stay in my range. I went through the SP recipes for "wraps" and got some good lunch wraps for next week. No weight loss or gain.
I ran Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday and plan to run outside over the weekend. I have been doing some strength training on Monday-Wednesday. I am hoping this will increase my running performance.
Next week: My plans for nutrition are good next week with the new recipes. I have already went to the grocery to get the food. I am just glad my kids are to old to trick or treat or I would have that battle on my hands. No busy plans for this week so I should be able to fix dinner all week.
I plan to run 5k Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday with some core strength training. On Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday I plan to do Zumba with strength training for arms and legs. I might try to run a short 1 mile and or do the stepper. I love the new Y membership. It is a good thing for the family to do through the winter.
I signed up for a Turkey 5k race on Thanksgiving. It looked like a small race, so I hope there isn't alot of last minute sign ups. This will make me feel better about my dinner! I also have another planned for New Years eve. After the first race I know what to expect, I will be happy just to have the same time or faster.
