I am feeling pretty good the last few days. I have made it to the gym tues-fri so far this week. Things are getting back on track. My father in law seems to be doing pretty good at home. I have been eating better and I did get on the scale on Tues to find out that I had gained 7lbs since my last weigh in on here. Wasnt happy about that but I have been powering through it and I am down 5 as of this morning. Its amazing how quickly it can come off if you set your mind to it and exercise. I am not restricting myself from anything just being conscious of everything that I am eating and when. I am hoping to be able to make it to the gym sat and sun this week also. I have alot of things to do at the house this weekend but I want to keep going just so I dont get out of routine. I know that you shouldnt go to the gym everyday but I do love it and it makes me accountable. I hope that everyone has a great day! Good luck to everyone on their journey.
