i rarely yo you excepet after having my children lol..... i was big growing up and then i lost it when i got with my husband then i got pregnant and then lost it all again and kept it off for 3 years before getting pregnant again.... so i am pretty good at keep myself on track but i needed something to celebrate so i chose the 3 lbs cause right now i dont have much to get excited about except my girls....we are very stressed out and broke and losing everything all over again it sucks to be working on your weight loss when you are so stressed its counter productive to say the least
You might want to examine your motivation. Don't focus on weight loss, but a healthy lifestyle that will enable you to avoid yo-yoing with your weight, which is also very unhealthy. You CAN do this. Shel
