It looks like I'm getting back on track. I've been trying to stay positive, active, and been making myself set little goals each day to achieve! Still steadily losing weight, eating fewer processed foods, & getting good sleep at night. Just hope I can keep it up :) One thing I have seemed to conquer is my weekend routine. I used to be scared of weekends because I knew it meant I would slack off on working out and eat more but that isn't ever a problem anymore. Life is good & even better since today is Friday!
