I used to always post my monthly goals, but then stopped doing them and lost focus. I made October goals last month (which I met). I wrote my November goals down, but haven't had a chance to post them yet. So here they are:
1) Do 10 standard push-ups by month's end (in a row!).
2) Continue with P90x weeks 3-7. Also, on non-recovery weeks, do "doubles" by running.
3) Add two interval running sessions during runs each week (non-recovery weeks).
4) When at work, aim to do at least 30 minutes of walking at 3.0 mph or greater.
5) Lose 4 lbs.
