Lean Project

Friday, November 09, 2012

So at work yesterday we had a meeting which the company talked that they were working on a "Lean Project". I took this to mean that they would start "cleaning House" and people would be losing their jobs. As the day went on, I heard of a couple of people that were "let go" and sounds like more will be coming.

Looks like I will be keeping my fingers crossed that I am not one that will lose their job and praying that those who have lost their jobs- are able to find other work.

Training is set up for me this week- thinking I will be one of the lucky ones- why else would they want me training on more things to audit. Just hope that does not mean that one of my co-workers will be gone.

everyone keeps saying the economy has rebounded...well I want to live where they live then. Because the same thing keeps happening here. It effects me because my babysitting kids parents get laid off and then I am down on income emoticon I am crossing my fingers with you!!! And you cross yours for me...one of my dads may get laid off in January...

    Keep us posted emoticon
