At the beginning of this week, I set the goal of completing all the walking workouts on Walk Away The Pounds 5 Day Fit Walk and I just finished the Day 5 Power Walk!! I am so amazed at myself that I actually could do the Power Walk. I kept trying to avoid it because the words "Power Walk" to me meant the pace was really fast and I wouldn't be able to do it! (There is that stinking negative thinking creeping back in) but as I kept pushing myself to complete the exercise, I found it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. Sure, there were times when I wanted to stop but then what good would that do me? I wasn't about to let that little voice in my head stop me. I feel sooooo good mentally and physically right now because I didn't quit!! When you start something, always, always think positive that you will succeed and don't let anyone tell you you can't do it. Just keep on going because you will succeed if you don't quit!!
