At my weigh in on Monday I lost 2.5 lbs which means I need to lose 5 lbs in two weeks to meet my goal for my 8 week challenge. I am so proud of myself on sticking with this lifestyle change this time. I know it has been a slow progress but it is progress :). I have started using the spark coach so I will see how that helps. Right now I am not sure if it will be worth it or not but I did sign up for a year since my over all weight loss is going to be about year or so. I also joined the rookie 5k training group here on sparkpeople so hopefully I will keep that up. I am only on week one of that. I have never been much for running but want to try it.I have gotten off track of blogging and tracking food every meal. I have been eating decent and been working out. I am trying to add even more water I have been doing about 9 -10 8 0z a day I am wanting to increase it to half my body weight so need to add about 4-5 more glasses a day.
