You know how I told you I was trying to focus on just having One Good Day, just one day at the time. Well, this week, so far has been a serie of good days!
Monday: Follow my plan
Tuesday: Follow my plan
Wednesday: Not 100% but I'm still quite happy about how it when.
Today: Again, not 100% but I'm proud of myself.
Contrary to what I've been doing since I joined SP 10 months ago, I tracked my weight everyday. I don't think I'll keep doing it, but for this week, I wanted to really stay focus.
My results are amazing so far. Remember how I was depressed because my weight when up to 200.2 monday morning? Well, this morning, i'm down to 195.4 lb. This means I lost all the "salt weight' I gained for eating crap during week-end, and then some more (I was at 196.8 lb saturday morning so I'm down 1.4 pounds so far)
Tomorrow will be a test, I'm eating out with girlfriends. I will not drink wine, and will try to make the best choice. Also, today I baked two pumpkin and cranberries quick breads. To make sure I don't eat it all, I will bring one to work tomorrow, to share with my collegue. I'm quite happy with my recipe, so I shared it on Sparkrecipe. Check it out!
I'm hoping to step on the scale sunday morning and see 194.8 at least, for a total of 2 pounds net lost since last week. That way, I'll be well on my way of reaching 55-60 pounds lost by Christmas.
