Red Red Wine (Sprint 4/Day 4)

Had a good day today. Got a decent sleep last night for a change. Was busy with useful things at work. Went for a run. Played volleyball.

Planning to have a glass of red wine tonight. Or maybe bubbly. Haven't decided yet.

One of my colleagues told me that the weight is just falling off of me. That's funny, because I really haven't lost any weight in a while, at least according to the scale. Not sure whether my body has changed. If it has, I don't notice it. I'll try to remember to do measurements tomorrow.

Tomorrow is my last session with my personal trainer. I've been doing strength training on my own this week, based on the Body for Life program. I might be working even harder than I do with my trainer. I have learned though, that it is not a good idea to leave work at 5 to go to the gym. The traffic is stupid, trying to find parking at the gym is stupid and trying to get the weight machines I want is stupid because it's so busy. So no more after work gym. Yesterday I went at 8:30 in the morning, and that was better. Luckily my work is flexible enough that I can go in at that time.

Off to get my wine and chat with the boyfriend.

    Enjoy that glass of wine! :)

I find it so frustrating when all the equipment that I want to use at the gym is busy. It's definitely worth it to schedule around peak hours.
