As much as I love the routine I designed last Thursday and planned on starting a few days ago, it's going to have to wait 32 days. The 30 days is dedicated to JM's 30 day shred - one of my faves and then I will have the weekend off and onto the new routine. Last Friday I dealt with a final breakup, a relationship that has been mostly on for the last two years and that set me back a little bit, made myself sick and couldn't even make it to class all week either. Now I'm feeling a lot better, a lot more productive, drank 9 glasses of water today, did 30day shred Level 1 and Yoga Fusion on SparkPeople. 30DS was difficult, a lot more difficult than I remember, being as though it's been about a month since I worked out, but I feel awesome and can't wait to continue on this journey! Going to run up to the store and grab some frozen berries - I want a snack during XFactor and have the calories to spare ;)
