So I got the idea from another spark member to start a weekly blog too keep better track of my patterns and such. I think it will also help me feel more accountable. I figured today is a good day to start since I've been "bad" the last two days.
Not only did I not get up to workout the last two days I also skipped dinner both nights. Not on purpose just got busy and then went to bed. I did have a couple snacks here and there both nights but I was still way under my calorie range. I usually do miss my calorie range by about 200-500 calories but I have still been consistently loosing weight and feel absolutely great so I am not worried about that but the last two days I was no where near my calorie range! So the goal for tonight is a nice healthy dinner! For rest the week I am going to be double sure to reach my carb and protein goals no ifs, ands or buts about it! Also I will be working out Sunday ( my usual rest day) to make up for missing today and yesterday.

I hate mornings I don't wake up to exercise. I have so much more energy when I do plus I have some great me time after my morning workouts where I just relax and mentally prepare myself for the day before I have to start getting ready for work. Otherwise I wake up and have to immediately start running around while I still feel all groggy and such. It might be colder now But I am just going to have to suck it up and not jump back into the warmth of my bed! I'm going to start leaving a sweater next to my bed so I can throw that on before I even get up to turn off my alarm so I am not as tempted to crawl back into bed. Hopefully it works! We shall see tomorrow morning!! :)

  Good luck on your exercise tomorrow. If you feel you are skipping too many dinners, why not try upping the calorie content of your breakfast or lunch a bit?

    Just curious how you are? At 95-100 lbs you must be very very petite!
