I don't know if it is a sign that the yeast is starting to leave my system or what but I feel better. Probably everybody I know would say it was because of my weight loss. But I know that is not correct. Every time I have ever been skinny all I wanted to do was sleep. Don't get me wrong I am still not skinny but a lot closer. But feeling better has to be related to getting more nutrients since SparkPeople helps figure all of that stuff out, the exercise, or the yeast. Whatever it is, I am excited to say that I actually wake up before my alarm goes off and feel rested.
I actually don't know how I am doing on the yeast diet. I ended up increasing my carbs because I was having difficulty staying awake. They are still way below where they are suppose to be according to SparkPeople. But hopefully still low enough to starve the yeast.
