Step 2 day 11

Walked to the bank which is 5 blocks away, and since I have been excercising it didn't hurt. No leg pain, no hip pain. I am sure its the excercising that is helping. Woo Hoo!! I can walk, maybe one day I'll be able to run. Could happen!! Now the smoking thing, well I am still puffing but only about 5-7 cigarettes a day. But next Monday this house is going smoke free. I will try hard not to smoke this weekend, then Monday Bam no more. I hope I can do it. Hey never thought I could excercise before.

    I'm so happy for you. You WILL be able to run in the not to distant future if you keep up the good workk and dont give up. Congrats and keep going don't stop.
