Step 2 day 11

Walked to the bank which is 5 blocks away, and since I have been excercising it didn't hurt. No leg pain, no hip pain. I am sure its the excercising that is helping. Woo Hoo!! I can walk, maybe one day I'll be able to run. Could happen!! Now the smoking thing, well I am still puffing but only about 5-7 cigarettes a day. But next Monday this house is going smoke free. I will try hard not to smoke this weekend, then Monday Bam no more. I hope I can do it. Hey never thought I could excercise before.
