The first week of the month is almost over, and I have finally gotten back on track. So now it's time to set some goals.
As much as I hate to set weight goals, by not setting them, I haven't really been losing weight. I am up and down with the same 10-15 lbs for MONTHS now. SO, my goal for November is to get down to 210 lbs. That is a fairly aggressive goal, but maybe that's what I need right now to stay focused.
I will continue to weigh in only once a week.
I will track my food daily, preferably in advance, but if I have a binge day or cheat, I WILL still input what I ate so I have a record of what I'm eating to compare to my weight loss.
I will walk/jog combo three times a week.
I will do treadmill hills at least twice a week.
I WILL get back into going to the gym at least twice a week.
I WILL get a whiteboard before the end of the month to make a tracking chart. I do much better when I have a chart to fill out daily. :)
So here goes. My ultimate goal is to be under 200 by the first of the year. If, no WHEN I do that, I will to horseback riding on the beach for my Birthday in January.
