Though i have been working hard and fast and life has been moving faster I have made sure to keep everything on point with my weight loss goals. I found a gym two blocks from work and also in the basement of my building. Though I have always loved classes and this is all machinery based at least it me being active. To try to motivate myself I have signed up for different 5K and a stair trek up the tower and finally a warrior dash. I am considering a triatholon but more worried about the bike portion of the race, I'm not very coordinated on wheels ;)
But whatever keeps me moving.
