So, I still have not read the book but i started the challenge yesterday. All I know is that I am only able to eat for any 8 hour period of the day as much as I want and the remaining 16 hours i can't.
I thought that would be tough but I was fine day 1. Maybe it was because I was at work? I don't generally crave food at the typical breakfast time, I just want a glass of water , a cup of coffee (ok maybe one very large cup) and I am ready to go.
Lunch will be my first meal of the day and I will have to figure out when I am eating dinner and count back for my lunch hour. I have told a few people about this challenge and they laughed but will be supportive.
The book arrived yesterday and I will pick it up today so hopefully more details will help me with this challenge.
Again I was motivated to do a quick workout before work. I need to wake up earlier if I want to get a full workout in, but i am NOT a morning person. Unfortunately I live in a NYC apartment and the pounding of a workout is not appreciated by my neighbor below at night :)
