I am continuing to build my steps back up I was albe to get in 12,000 on yesterday. I am still working on what's going to get me goal weight and beyond. Yesterday morning as I was walking I could see the blessings of just being alive and able to take one step at a time.
Today I plan to increase my water intake, which should keep me from thinking about having snacks while at work.
