Things I do not recommend:
Trying a new ST group class (Cardio, core & sculpt) AND
Running a 5k on the treadmill in 28min which is fast for me AND
Sitting in a coolish room watching the snowfall.

The muscles in my legs have set up like giant blocks of cement. Sleeping is actually painful.

Its really all NancyAnne55's fault. Indirectly of course. She's had 4 kids and looks like...THAT. Be fair, she earned it. If she can, why cant I? So I've been better about doing my ST at home and at the gym. Vanity goals aside, I also still have this 5k speed goal on my mind and Nov 22 is coming up pretty fast. I also keep eatting candy (damn you halloween!) And so being mindful of calories in, calories out, I am trying to step up the activity.

So, yeah. That's why I am awake at 5am saying "Ow, ow, owwwww!"

Next gym visit: more of the same although perhaps stepped down a bit and with more post workout stretching.
