I am beginning to think that I really need to focus on those little things. I have been sleep deprived the past few nights with my son getting up more often then normal which has left me in a cranky mood.
I still have gotten in my workouts and been tracking my calories, but I am only doing it because I would be mad at myself if I didn't one day.
So I think I need to jump on the thankful train. I know I am a little late for the start of the month, but I will just catch up.
1- I am thankful for my husband, who stands by me through thick and thin, and has always thought I was beautiful.
2- I am thankful for my son that I have been blessed with who is healthy. I have mornings where I feel like the exhaustion could kill me, but looking at those gummy smiles and hearing his cooing makes everything worth it.
3- I am thankful for my parents who have been there for me from day 1. Anything I have ever needed from them they have provided, and for that I am truly appreciative.
4- I am thankful for my dog who curls up next to me and keeps me warm when it is cold.
5- I am thankful that we are blessed enough to have the ability to let me stay home to raise our son.
6- I am thankful that my son got to meet both sets of his grandparents. I know not everyone has that opportunity.
7- I am thankful that I am healthy enough to have embarked on this weight loss journey and that I have support from those around me as I continue on this path.
