Completed Week #2, Days #2 & #3 of Jillian Michaels' Body Revolution. Not only did I complete these workouts, but I increased my speed on the Treadclimber!
The Treadclimber has 4 levels. Well, I went up level 3.0. I did 50 minutes and burned 525 calories! After my workout, I felt great! It was a great workout along with my strength training with Jillian!
So, far I'm doing good with my eating! So, I feeling good right about now! WooHoo!
