I'm not going to work out today. I feel like I might have a cold. I haven't been feeling like working out since Sunday. I did my normal workout those three days feeling sluggish. Today, I'm taking a needed break. I looked at my fitness records yesterday and I work out over 7000 calories a week on average not including this week. I'm burning two pounds a week at the gym, well, not all of it is at the gym.

Today, I'm only doing housework. I'm not going to the gym. This is going to be hard for me. I want to go swimming since I haven't since last Thursday, but swimming will have to wait. I hope a day off is what I need. emoticon

    Absolutely listen to your body - try to get in some extra sleep too!! Give your body a chance to fight off illness!
