I think if it was not for the Fitbit I would have gained this week. I have not been good on the food side of things but have increased my exercise somewhat.
0.75 lb loss - better than nothing for sure and I am not going to complain about any loss that heads my way. I accept the 0.75 lb graciously and say thank you very much indeedy!
Hoping the next week is better. I am struggling to find motivation at this time of year and the darkness is making me tired. Tired really is bad for me - it is what makes me go astray, makes me feel weak and stops me going for that walk I should have gone for!
So focus on sleep and Fitbit and getting back on track this week.
