Turkey, Turkey, Turkey!

Okay gang, I know, what did I expect letting the 17 year-old get the groceries?
Well, one of the interesting things purchased was almost $10.00 worth of turkey breast meat for our big family of two people. Mind you, if I'm ever on death row, I'm choosing a turkey sandwich for my last meal, but that's beside the point. Anyway, it has pretty much been turkey morning, noon & night around here. So, when the calories were waning tonight, I had a Wasa rye cracker with turkey (surprise!) 1 tsp of mayo, 1 tsp of cranberries, a glass of milk & a mandarin orange (also from my teen's shopping - is something rubbing off here?) for dinner. It was delicious. It just shows what you can do when you want to & maybe, just maybe, I might send him shopping again next week.
Gobble, gobble!

Turkey....hmmm, don't know if I can get that here. But since everything tastes like chicken...

I like the peppered turkey breast meat in sandwiches. And turkey tettrazini.

And I probably need to stop thinking of food right now emoticon

I love those WASA crackers. I often put cranberry sauce on turkey sandwiches-even through the year. I had not thought of doing that with the WASA crackers.

    Thanks! Chris emoticon
