So, for all of you who are reading my blog (thanks by the way!), you are probably thinking I'm some kind of bipolar... I'm up one day and down the next then back up again! It's tiresome! But at least, I encouraged myself by thinking that so far, I've always come back up.
After my horrible week-end, I fasted yesterday, drank ton of water and green tea. Today, I planned to eat very lightly (it's important to pay special attention after fasting). I mostly ate vegetable soup I cooked yesterday with some red kidney beans and hard boiled eggs for proteins. And I'm proud to say I stuck to my plan.
I was down at 197 lb this morning. I'm expecting to be up maybe a pound tomorrow morning (because the weight after a day of fast in not your real weight). Tomorrow, I'm back to my regular diet, and I'll have time to work out.
Maybe this week will be a good week after all.
