Goal Met and I didn't even notice

This was my goal:

210 - Oct 24
200 - Nov 28
185 - Jan 30
160 - April 3
150 - May 15, 2013

It turns out, I hit 210 on 10/13, and I didn't even notice I hit a goal! That's very cool.

I have only lost about 2 lbs since then, so things have been slow going and I got discouraged, but just realizing I hit my first goal helps me a lot!

Next goal up: 200 lbs by November 28. Since my progress has been so slow in the past month, I'm not sure I'll be able to lost 8 pounds by the 28th, but I guess I will just keep on trucking and reevaluate on the 28th!

    With the holidays coming up, you have GREAT incentive for paying close attention.... even if you don't reach your goals on your schedule you will be way ahead of those who are eating mindlessly...
