So far, so good

I'm feeling rather good today! I managed to stay on my meal plan the last 2 days. I have no problem exercising and drinking my water. It's my mouth and what I put in it that was causing me problems. Focus, focus, focus. That's my goal this week.

I haven't been on the scale today either! I was weighing myself everyday. Not doing that anymore. To discouraging, going up & down, up & down.

We'll see how the rest of this week goes. Good luck everyone!!

    Keep it up! You are right, I wouldn't do the scale thing every day either. Water weight changes even throughout the day! Besides, once a week is a nice surprise to get!! Makes you want to keep going.

    Very good news about not weighing everyday so true ups and downs. Before you know it your clothes and how much more you can do will tell you how healthy you are getting.
